The Hobbit Book Review

The Hobbit  is written by J.R.R. Tolkien. The Hobbit is the prologue to The Lord of the Rings also written by J.R.R. Tolkien and is a very well known classic. This book starts with, as you might expect, a hobbit named Bilbo Baggins. Bilbo Baggins was a very respected hobbit until one day while he is sitting outside his house Gandalf the wizard came along. He explained to Bilbo that he was looking for someone to share an adventure with and thought he might want to. Bilbo quickly refused but he invited Gandalf to tea,but by the next day he had completely forgotten about inviting Gandalf to tea until he heard his doorbell ring. Bilbo quickly ran to the door but instead of Gandalf there was a dwarf named Dwalin standing there at his door. Pretty soon there was 13 dwarves and Gandalf in Bilbo's house. Gandalf explained to him that they where going on his adventure he had set up, soon he was out his door with Dwalin, Balin, Filli, Killi, Ori, Dori, Nori, Gloin, Oin, Bifur, Bofur, Bombur and the leader of their company Thorin Oakenshield on a adventure that would change his life.
