Rakkety Tam Book Review

Rakkety Tam  is written by Brian Jacques, the author of the Redwall Series which it is the 17th book in the series. Rakkety Tam is about the name of the book and his partner Wild Doogy. they are under the service of Squirrelking Araltum and Drayqueen Idga two really fat, pompous squirrels who throw Rakkety Tam and Doogy in jail just because they refused to carry their Royal Banner!
While on a parade around there small kingdom, they get attacked by a ferocious wolverine named Gulo and his band of evil foxes! Gulo's group killed many of the squirrels in the parade while Araltum and Idga escaped with a couple of there captains. Idga and Araltum then sent Tam and Doogy after Gulo, not to try to avenge the dead squirrels but only to get their royal banner that had been stolen! Join Tam and Doogy as they chase Gulo with the Long Patrol (hares from the mountain called Salamandastron) throughout a gigantic wood named Mossflower which is right next to the abbey, Redwall.

Treasure Island Book Review

Treasure Island is a great book written by Robert Louis Stevenson. Treasure Island is split into six sections The Old Buccaneer, The Sea Cook, My Shore Adventure, The Stockade, My Sea Adventure and Captain Silver. The Old Buccaneer is about how Jim Hawkins the son of an owner of a inn named the Admiral Benbow meets a old sailor who stays at his father's inn and results in him going
with Squire Trelawney and doctor Livesey on a ship looking for treasure the trip to the island according to the old sailor's map has a pirate captain's treasure on it! After being betrayed by over three quarters of the crew the remaining faithful go to an old stockade on the island and prepare for and attack! Treasure Island is one of my favorite books and I highly recommend reading it.

The Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe

The Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe is written by C.S Lewis. The Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe  starts off in England where four siblings, Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy, are sent to the home of Professor Kirke in Northern England due to bombing raids during World War II when Lucy finds a mysterious wardrobe in a backroom in Professor Kirke's gigantic mansion! The wardrobe Lucy finds out leads to a wonderful world called Narnia! Lucy meets a faun named Mr. Tumnus who invites her over to his house for tea. There after almost getting betrayed by Mr. Tumnus to the evil White Witch, who can turn anybody to stone, Mr. Tumnus leads her back to the wardrobe and back to her own world. There, Lucy tells her other siblings about her magical journey but nobody believes her.  One day Lucy decides to go back to Narnia when she is followed by Edmund! In Narnia Edmund runs into the White Witch!



The Wind In The Willows Book Review

The Wind in the Willows is written by Kenneth Grahame. The Wind in the Willows is a story about three friends the Rat, the Mole and the wayward Toad who goes through many adventures mostly resulting in Toad's habit to get easily excited by many things including boats, horse drawn carriages and his most recent occupation-- cars! Join these three friends and the mysterious Badger on many journeys and adventures including Toad getting thrown in jail in The Wind in the Willows.
