Dragons In Our Midst Series

Dragons In Our Midst Series is written by Bryan Davis.  In the series there are four books,
Raising Dragons, The Candelstone,  Circles of Seven and Tears of a Dragon. It's about how back when King Arthur and the Round Table existed. At that time many dragons existed in the world both evil and good. A group of knights whose friends and family had been killed by the evil dragons swore to kill all the dragons in the world not realizing that not all dragons had evil intentions. Thousands of years later almost all of the dragons had been killed only a few remained in human form. One of those dragons was Billy's father. when Billy turned thirteen he developed the ability to breathe fire and set off the school fire alarm on accident with his breath. That's when his parents tell him about his dragon heritage and about the ancestors of the dragon slayers trying to find his family and kill him! Their is also another person at Billy's school who is part dragon. Bonnie Silver is the new person at his school moving from Montana to West Virginia after the Dragon Slayers discovered her mom and killed Bonnie's mom. Bonnie's dragon trait is the wings in which she hides in a backpack to keep from people from seeing them. Billy and Bonnie are able to keep their secret until one of the Dragon Slayers who is also Billy and Bonnie's principal discover their secret! Will Billy and Bonnie be able to survive the Dragon Slayers attacks? And this is just in the first book! through the whole series Billy and Bonnie go through some amazing adventures while through it all they learn to trust God in everything that happens.

Cheaper By The Dozen  is an funny autobiography about Frank B. Gilbreth written by his children, Ernestine Carey and Frank Gilbreth Jr. This book takes you through this amazing man's life from when he was a child to the day he died. Frank B. Gilbreth was a motion study expert during the early 1900's. He was hired by companies to hurry up their production of products. Frank Gilbreth had 12 children, six girls and six boys.He also had great interest in the production of moving pictures and photography, although he wasn't very good at it. This book is extremely funny. And if you would like a good laugh this is the book for you.
